WHY NOT? started as a family idea: cook the food we grew up eating and share it with the neighborhood around Surf Road. Everything on the line is wood-fired and made in-house, day by day — no conveyor ovens, no pre-made sauces.
If a dish isn't ready to serve the way our family would serve it at home, it doesn't go out.
Our dining room is casual and easy — the kind of place you stop into after the beach or on the way home. Grab a table, order at the counter or from your server, and let the kitchen do the rest.

We're open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the kitchen taking last orders at 9:30 PM.
We're at 600 N Surf Rd #6, Hollywood, FL 33019, a block from the beach. We serve dine-in, takeout, and deliver within a few miles of Surf Road.
